Other Useful Websites
Over the years I have found many very helpful websites from which I have learned a great deal. Hopefully you will find them useful too:
Dr Ellen Cutler has been an inspiration to me since I first bought one of her books - Winning the War Against Immune Disorders & Allergies - and since training to be a kinesiologist I have bought the BioSET test vials and carry out her allergy elimination technique which has proved very useful for so many different foods and substances.

Dr Joseph Mercola has a wide reaching website which is very helpful to those researching how best to help themselves.

Doug Kaufmann's Know the Cause website has very interesting insights into the problems fungal infections can cause in the human body.

Dr John Briffa had a very good natural health page in the Daily Mail a few years ago and has a very useful website.

Stevia
I often recommend a natural sweetener to my patients called Stevia which is not officially approved in the UK although I have been using it for years without any unpleasant side effects. It is a godsend when trying to recover from candida.
"Stevia has been approved by the FDA for sale in the United States as a dietary supplement only. Overseas, where stevia controls over 40% of the sweetener market, you will often find stevia on the kitchen or restaurant table just as you would sugar.
Japan uses stevia to sweeten its Diet Coke instead of Nutra Sweet. Stevia is not allowed to be sold in the UK as a food product but only for pharmaceutical use."
You can source this very useful alternative to sugar on the following website:

Two new products have recently been introduced into the UK made from stevia: Truvia and PureVia.
