Do you feel tired all the time? Do you feel foggy headed and does everything feel like a chore? Do you struggle to get through the day? Have you taken antibiotics, steroids, the Pill or HRT?
If so, those tired feelings are not all in your head. The problem is probably in your digestive system.
In a healthy person there will always be a small amount of candida albicans, which is a type of yeast, in the gut. In a healthy person there will be enough 'good bacteria' to keep the candida albicans in check, a bit like an army patrolling and keeping the bad guys in check.
If you have had to take antibiotics etc, which will have been for the best of reasons, they can knock out the good bacteria as well as the bad they were prescribed to kill off.
Left unchecked, the harmless, round candida yeast mutate into a more tadpole shaped mycelial or fungal form which is when the trouble starts and you can start to feel fatigue, lethargy, headachey, bloating and you just can't be bothered with anything. It is like having thrush in your small intestine.

The walls of the small intestine should be porous like blotting paper to allow nutrients from food to get into the bloodstream, but mycelial candida burrows through the walls of the small intestine making it 'leaky' like a sieve. Being 'leaky' can lead to food intolerances as undigested food particles, from negligibly chewed food, can pass through and survive the acid in the stomach moving on into the small intestines where it can escape through the intestine wall into the bloodstream.
We should be chewing our food 30 times per mouthful but because of lack of time and bad habits, we virtually inhale our food which is often only chewed a maximum of 6 times, this means we also don't trigger the production of digestive enzymes to help us break down our food efficiently.
When undigested food particles get into the bloodstream this then involves the immune system as it realises that there is something there which shouldn't be; it is only food, but the immune system treats it as an 'invader' and sends out white blood cells and histamines to fight it off.
The immune system also has a memory, so every time a person eats the food to which it reacted the first time, the same reaction will take place. The rash some people suffer after eating strawberries is an excellent example of this, as they will get the rash every time they eat them.
So candida is not only the cause of fatigue, a foggy head and bloating, it can also be the trigger for food intolerances.
Using kinesiology to identify candida, I have helped many patients over the years back to a state of wellbeing.
